“How would someone go about crowd-sourcing the development of an Immunization App?”

This weeks 19th June 2011 for the #HCSMANZ weekly Twitter chat we have something extra special and quite ambitious in terms of mobilizing learning.

This week we are going to do an exercise on crowd-sourcing. We want Tweeps in the #HCSMANZ network to pool their knowledge around a simulated mobile health project.

The question “How would someone go about crowd-sourcing the development of an Immunization App?”

We want to use the Twitter chat for brainstorming and ideas generation and well as knowledge building.

We are planning to summarising the key points and putting them into the outline of a project plan in a wiki and will encourage the keen to continue the dialogue and learning there.

If you want to understand crowd-sourcing before the event you might enjoy this lecture:  http://ideasfestival.com.au/2011/04/06/crowd-sourcing/
